These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Omni Designs Services, a brand operated by OmniTech Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By calling to book a project or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Omni Designs Services provides original, custom graphic design work for t-shirts and apparel. All work is delivered digitally as computer files. We do not print, manufacture, stock, or ship any physical merchandise.
Projects are scoped and confirmed directly by phone. Pricing within each package range (Basic, Premium, Elite) is quoted based on the specific design requested before work begins.
The number of revision rounds included depends on the package selected, as described on our website. Requests that significantly expand the original scope of a project may be quoted as additional work.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of booking. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, revision requests, and current workload.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered artwork transfers to the customer, including rights to commercial use, printing, and resale (including print-on-demand platforms). We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate direction, timely feedback, and any reference material needed to complete your project. Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.
All designs are created originally for each project. We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to third parties, and you agree not to request designs that infringe on others' intellectual property.
Omni Designs Services is not responsible for how delivered files are used after handoff, including print quality, garment selection, or production outcomes handled by third-party printers you choose to work with.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
